Admission Procedures
To request an information package, phone 230-0702.
To apply, make an appointment for a family interview, including the child(ren)
and both parents. CTBS testing will be administered to confirm grade
level placement.

Parent Commitment

Please note that student withdrawals cause staffing difficulties. Fees will be
charged for the month following withdrawal. Post-dated cheques are due at
registration, final month in advance.
Student Commitment

• prompt and thorough completion of assignments
• uniform for blended students
• no smoking, alcohol, drugs, or inappropriate language

Fees for Blended Program 2007-2008
An early registration fee is offered to encourage families to register
their children by the end of April for the following school year. One
month.s tuition is payable by August 1, applied to the tuition for the
final month of the new school year (i.e. June). The balance of the
year.s tuition is payable on the first day of school in September,
either for the entire year, or in monthly post-dated cheques from
September through May.
Tuition fees for the first child in the family:
If paying for the entire year: $1650
If paying monthly: $180 x 10
Tuition is reduced for the second child by $250 for annual payments or
$25 for monthly payments. Each successive child from the same family
receives a further discount of the same amount.
Please refer to the tuition form in your registration packet for details
of the early registration fee and the amounts payable on August 1 and
the first day of school. Post-dated cheques must be given to the
secretary on the first day of school. Any requests for a different
payment schedule must be made in writing to the board prior to the first
day of school.
For any students registered after the beginning of the school year, the
registration fee of $100 plus June.s tuition plus the current month.s
tuition are payable, and post-dated cheques to May must be provided at
registration. If a student starts more than halfway through a particular
month, the tuition for that month will be prorated according to the
number of school days remaining in the month.
Funding of $250 per student is made available to each student for
receipted homeschooling purchases. Some families have chosen to apply
these funds to uniform purchases and special physical education
opportunities such as skiing and swimming.
